If a paid template pack doesn’t work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You don’t need to give a reason.

• How to ask: email oooliver.wang@gmail.com (placeholder) with your order ID.
• We review the request and Creem, our Merchant of Record (Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia)), issues the refund to your original payment method. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
• Please ask us before opening a chargeback with your bank; it’s faster.
• Nothing here limits your statutory rights or Creem’s Buyer Terms.
• The free templates cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
